An emulsion coilover shock is different from the other two and has neither a reservoir nor floating piston. It is also easy to set up a coilover for use with a combination of springs which provides a soft to firmer spring rate depending upon the compression of suspension. It is pretty easy to modify or adjust valving to suit the riders needs. It also comes with an adjustable top spring seat which provides the advantage of adjusting the ride height. It’s resistance to foaming, aeration and fades than the external ones is less and is best suited for light weight and low-speed vehicles.
